HELP, Query from two different databases
I have two databases. I need to create a query in one of the databases. But, there are some data I need in the second database. I really want to know how I can connect/join two different tables in two different databases using SQL.
And say the two tables are large so that importing one table to an other database is not possible.
Thanks in advance.
Yeah, but these two tables are in two different .mdb files. How do I link them? That's where I got stuck.

you can, as rogue says link a table form a remote db... you 'just' need to specify the location of the new table when linking it
In the tables tab of the db window, click new and choose link table or right-click and choose link table.
It REALLY helps when you specify which VERSION of Access you have.
Manually, File - Get External Data - Link Tables.
I have no idea how to do this with SQL.
Thank you guys so much. This is really helpful. Very much appreciated
